  • Kustom Balloons operations in the GTA.

    We are located in the Georgetown / Halton Hills area and serve events within roughly a 1.5 hour driving radius. Including:

    • Milton, Georgetown, Acton

    • Toronto, Etobicoke

    • Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington

    • Hamilton, Dundas, Grimsby

    • Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Brantford

    • Erin, Orangeville, Caledon

    • Vaughan, Woodbridge, and more!

    If you’re located a little further, reach out, we’re happy to discuss extended service areas for special events.

  • Delivery and setup are included for larger décor items such as arches, garlands (including free-standing), backdrops, marquees, crazy towers, columns, mosaics, and centrepieces.

    A small delivery fee may apply for smaller items like stacks, grab-n-go décor, floating ceiling balloons, bouquets, 3ft balloons, bubble balloons, or large themed pieces (e.g. cauldrons, Christmas trees, floral displays, or charcuterie boards).

    All fees will be clearly confirmed at booking - no surprises.

  • No! We’re happy to help with celebrations of all sizes!

  • Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice for all bookings. For larger or full installation setups, we recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available.

  • Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event date.

  • We understand plans can change! Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your event are eligible for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable.
    Cancellations within 24 hours of the event may be subject to the full balance due to material preparation and scheduling.

  • Setup time depends on the size and complexity of your décor. Smaller balloon displays typically take 30–60 minutes, while larger or custom installations may take 1–3 hours. We’ll confirm an estimated setup time during your booking.

  • Helium Balloons:
    Helium-filled latex balloons usually float for 2–5 days, while foil balloons can last up to a week, often longer depending on indoor conditions. We use only high-quality materials and apply a protective sealant to extend float time.

    Air-Filled Balloons:
    Air-filled designs do not float but last much longer, typically several days to a few weeks indoors, depending on temperature and humidity. They’re ideal for garlands, arches, and backdrops. Outdoor displays may have a shorter lifespan due to sun, wind, or moisture exposure.
